This page explains what blackmango.ca records when you visit. We keep it short because there is not much to tell.
What we record
Anonymous statistics about each visit: which pages were opened, how long each page was being read, how far down you scrolled, which parts of a page were on screen, which of our buttons were pressed, the website or search engine that sent you here, and your browser’s time zone, language and device type. We use this to see which pages help visitors and which ones do not.
What we do not record
We do not use cookies or any other storage to recognize you. Your IP address is used for a moment to create an anonymous daily code and to stop abuse, and is never saved. The code changes every day, so we cannot follow a visitor from one day to the next or across other websites. We do not sell or share this data, and there is no advertising tracking on this site.
Language
The site opens in your device’s language when we have a version in it. If you choose a language with the switch at the top, your browser remembers that choice and opens the site in it next time. The choice stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this website records nothing about your visit.
How long we keep it
Visit statistics are kept for 13 months and then deleted automatically. They are stored on our own server, run by Amazon Web Services in the United States.
When you write to us
If you email us or book a call, we keep your message so we can reply and follow up on your request. We will not add you to a mailing list.
